Passed by this place all the time but never stopped in. What a mistake. Passing through at noon today and swung in. The burger platter was excellent. real tasting meat on a tosted bun and super crispy fries. The cole slaw could have had a bit more zing but it was OK. No more passing by, I'm going to time my trips and work my way through the menu.
I was travelling from Ottawa. Have seen this place and it caught my eye. Reversed my car and was about to enter the resto, unfortunately the nicest lady was about to close the store and she asked me what I want? I said an icecream would be wonderful. She was so kind enough to give me an Icecream for free. A big one. People like you, trust me earth belongs to you. Thank you for being so kind with me. I’ve seen the menu and damn i liked everything. Trust me I’m gonna look for another day to just visit and have your good. Thank you so much.

Last time I sampled their Pizza !! Cheesy delicious ! Yesterday, beer batter fish & chips with a thick yummy piece of mouth watering white haddock. Wonderful, but Ronda was tempting me with the hamburger steak. Next time!!!
Generous portions. The best Calzone I have had in years. Very reasonable prices. Excellent 50’s decor. Reminiscent of old US Route 66. Worth the stop.
I love this restaurant! They are friendly and diligent about food allergies and sensitivities. The old diner feel is a great atmosphere. It's the perfect place to stop if you're in the area for local activities or on your way to Ottawa.
